How hard are you trying? In life, at school, at work, in your relationships?
The thing about effort is it’s all very relative. Trying hard for me might look very different than what trying hard looks like for you.
On the other hand, I might have no clue what real effort looks like because I’ve never had to try hard. Or, I’ve never seen an example of real effort.
Here is a 4 level rubric to evaluate how hard you’re trying.
It’s important to remember that even though you might be trying very hard, you may not see results right away.
And, if you’re like the acorn that likes cliches, then you already know that we need to have patience.
