How to play

Welcome to the SEOTpreneur Scavenger Hunt—a fun challenge for TPT Sellers with $1817 in prizes up for grabs. It’s a mix of speed, skill, and a little bit of luck.

🧩 Here’s how it works

  1. Download the Bingo Card
    Sign up for the email newsletter if you haven’t already: SEOTpreneur.com/play.
  2. Do the Tasks
    Each square is a small TPT growth activity—like updating a product, checking a keyword score, or setting a sale.
  3. Get Surprise Deals
    Keep an eye out for emails with discounts, freebies, or secret challenges.
  4. Submit Your Card
    Be the first to complete all 25 squares (including the middle one, N13, which requires the Ultimate Bundle). Email a photo or screenshot to [email protected] with the subject line “BINGO CARD COMPLETED!”
  5. Win!
    Prizes go to the fastest finishers, the cleverest code-breakers, and 10 lucky people in the random draw.

  • The middle task (N13) requires you to purchase the TPT Seller Ultimate Bundle if you haven’t already.

Thanks. It’s pretty neat, right? This bingo idea comes from Katie’s gamification email sequence.

Full Disclosure: I’m friends with Katie. She’s part of the PRO membership. I do NOT benefit financially if you purchase her products. These are not affiliate links.

This is a heavily modified version of her game sequence.

  • I’m offering ridiculous prizes because I’m selling a $3000 coaching package.
  • I’m asking for whole card bingo (because the prizes are so expensive); I believe in Katie’s original game, the bingo card is just there for fun – it wasn’t really about getting bingo.
  • My target audience is TPT sellers – some are full time sellers and can devote time to the game for the big prize; Your audience = teachers who are busy – but there will be some high engagement exploring your store because gamification is more fun than “buy this” direct marketing.

It’s my first time running this bingo game, so I’m bound to make mistakes. Let me know what you think and what you think I should do differently next time!

We’re playing “blackout” BINGO where you have to complete the entire card (and not just a line.)

When you complete all 25 squares, email me at [email protected] with the subject line “BINGO CARD COMPLETE” and include a screenshot or scan of your card.

The first person to submit a valid and complete bingo card wins the GRAND PRIZE. Second place wins the “Second Place” prize.

Cards will be verified by Mike. If there is an error on the card, the prize will go to the next person in line.

Some of the squares can be completed right away. Other squares require information that will be emailed to the mailing list during the game.

  • The current odds of winning are 56% (10 out of 18)
  • Most people don’t take action because they figure it won’t work. But right now, the odds are better than a coin toss.
  • The final odds of winning depend on the total number of email replies received by Sun Aug 3, 2025 at 12 noon ET

All of the other prizes are games of skills. You need speed and accuracy. (In other words, you have to be the first person to complete the task correctly.)

This BINGO game is kind of like the TPT journey.

  • Most people won’t try to win the grand prize. It’s too hard.
  • There are lots of reasons not to try. I’m too busy. Other people will probably win first. Other people started before me.
  • Just because you work hard and try your best doesn’t guarantee success.
  • Winning the SEOTpreneur Scavenger Hunt, like winning at TPT, requires hard work, figuring things out, and a little bit of luck.

Bottom line: Your chances are better than you think.

This is a game of skill that requires speed and acuracy. Simplify filling out the squares is not enough.

Several of the squares require information that will be slowly released in the various game emails.

You can submit a completed bingo card as many times as you like by emailing a photo or scanned image to [email protected] – subject line: BINGO card completed

If you submit a card that is not valid, I will reply with the same generic response (see above) stating that at least one of the entries is incorrect.

If all of the entries look correct, I will reach out via email and ask you to confirm some of the checkmark only entries. (i.e. O24, N13, etc.)

If there is a problem with the entry, I will move to the next entry received. You are welcome to fix the problem and resubmit the BINGO card into the queue by sending a separate email.

I look at entries in the order the email is received in my email account.

Just wanted to let you know that this response from ChatGPT is incorrect.

No worries! Thank you for letting me know you don’t like the speed aspect. Some TPT Sellers have told me they enjoy the competitive nature of being the first, but everyone is different.
